Nextlink has also engaged a lot of different vendors in different categories, such as Business Intelligence, IoT and security, which makes for a diversified and complete product portfolio, to solve the customers’ business problems.
In 2017, Nextlink launched a new platform called ‘Dofi’—a chatbot for companies—which has seen extensive usage among businesses. Line, the popular messaging application in Asia employed Nextlink’s for their chatbot solution.

“We have a very strong relationship with Line, so we cooperate with them for chatbots to help those applications in Line’s ecosystem,” says Shasta Ho, CEO of Nextlink Technology. In Q4 of 2017, the organization plans to launch a new IoT platform, which will solve problems in device and user management in IoT scenarios. It will also solve problems some companies face when getting their IoT devices to connect to the AWS platform.

A database management service program, where Nextlink provides the consulting service, support plan, and professional service that is easy to optimize according to the different architecture of their clients. The system allows them to provide an in-depth customized migration plan to every client. Nextlink also provides Internet Content Provider (ICP) licensing to companies that are planning to enter China market. Nextlink helps companies get the license from the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, while also helping them set up the infrastructure and IT architecture for deployment in China.
Nextlink with its service portfolio caters to a vast client base which majorly consists of video game companies. One of these is X-LEGEND, a big developer, and IPO client from Taiwan, which functions as a non-stop service due to its constant demand. X-LEGEND approached Nextlink seeking help in delivering its product to Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. Nextlink helped the client in the process and provided them with a 24/7 monitoring and assistance service that would also provide strong and quick responses for troubleshooting and emergencies as X-LEGEND was facing many security threats.
Since its inception, Nextlink has established themselves in the IT services; they have been successful in catering to the needs of their target market while also serving overseas customers. Their first overseas office was established in Hong Kong to cater to the Chinese market, which was followed by an office in Bangkok, Thailand. In Q4, they will expand into Vietnam with an office in Hanoi and in 2018, Nextlink plans to enter the European market with an office in Moscow.
