How are Companies Providing Disinfectant and Sanitizing Solutions to Meet the Demand?

The growth in the market demand of disinfectant and sanitization can be attributed to the increasing prevalence of Hospital-Acquired Infections (HAIs), together with the presence of favorable regulations concerning the utilization of surface disinfectants in diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, research laboratories, and so on.

Fremont, CA: The rising cases of chronic diseases are also actively contributing and helping in boosting the market growth over the forecast period. The consumers have become more aware of hygiene and preventive healthcare, driving the demand for surface disinfectants. The unprecedented levels of disruption witnessed across the world caused by the outbreak of pandemic COVID-19 have resulted in soar demand for surface disinfectants. Therefore emerging technologies and startups are working on emerging solutions that possess the potential to mitigate the effects of the coronavirus pandemic. Here are four relevant solutions depending on the specific needs of the consumers. Top 10 APAC Mobile Application Consulting/Service Companies - 2020

Disinfecting Platform- Startups develop novel formulations of various disinfecting agents such as alcohol, chlorine and chlorine compounds, formaldehyde, glutaraldehyde, and hydrogen peroxide to enhance their potential and effectiveness. Therefore many companies are producing mists and dispensers that are touchless and can be monitored for refills or battery replacements.

Hand Sanitizer Dispensers- It is a fact that hand sanitizers with a minimum of 60 percent alcohol content can effectively kill coronavirus. Alcohol-based sanitizers are the most promising solutions in the prevention of the infection and its spread of COVID-19, typically in areas or situations wherein clean water and soap are not readily available. Companies are offering a nanotechnology-based disinfecting platform that kills more than 99.99 percent of air and surface bore mold bacteria and viruses, which is very useful, given the current global scenario.

Bio-Decontamination-Favorable conditions of temperature, nutrients, and humidity stimulate the growth of harmful microorganisms in environments like factories or hospitals. Thus disinfectant solutions also are suitable for all kinds of facilities with the best safety considerations.

Medical Instrument Disinfection-In this pandemic medical instrument, personal protective equipment (PPE), and devices need to be thoroughly disinfected for preventing the spread of the life-threatening microbes. There is a massive shortage of PPE across the globe because of the current situation. Henceforth, startups are working on making non-reusable PPE, precisely face masks, fit for reuse.
