The Role of AI to Enhance Video Marketing

The video is one of the most flexible and profitable digital marketing tools in the present marketing scenario. According to statistics by Wyzowl, an animated explainer video company, 63 percent businesses use video content as a marketing tool; out of those, 82 percent businesses believe video content is an integral part of their marketing strategy. 83 percent of marketers agree that they get a good Return on Investment (ROI) through video marketing tools. AI helps businesses understand their customers, allowing them to personalize the marketing strategies and market with targeted ads that increase their ROI.

Consumers have an avid interest in video than any other mediums like text. They want more personalized online experience and expect to watch videos that are best suited to their needs and interests. Personalized marketing brings in more customers than the traditional marketing methods as the targeted ads are more likely to attract customers towards business. The interaction and engagement between the customers and businesses are more with this strategy. With excellent video content, businesses can send personalized messages to targeted customers, and help them realize their previous purchases and interests. Tubular, a video intelligence company says that 73 percent of consumers are more likely to buy a product after they watch a relevant video about the products. Artificial Intelligence uses the users previously searched and watched videos that help to recommend a new related video in which they will be most probably interested in watching.

Moovly, an animated video company, predicts that a company that has video embedded on its website is 53 times more likely to show up first on Google search results. Thus, it’s necessary to create good video content that has interesting titles and good descriptions that can improve SEO which plays a major role in increasing business revenues without investing much amount of money. Google predicts that smartphone users get personalized experience 1.4 times more likely as desktop viewers and twice likely as TV viewers to product related ads or video content. With AI technology in place, it will be beneficial to give the mobile users a better choice in video content they watch that really impacts the business.
