This acquisition will be mutually beneficial as IBM will get a stronger footing in open source Red Hat will be exposed to a bigger audience because of IBM.
Cisco partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Through this acquisition, their customers will be able to run Kubernetes on-premises.
