Why is AI Critical for Business in 2021?

The use of AI will become increasingly important in organizations to deliver seamless customer support and predictive potentials.

FREMONT, CA: Artificial intelligence is one of the incredible technologies that will transform lives in every facet of modern society. This technology offers significant development opportunities that several businesses and enterprises have already been fast to grab. The latest AI research shows 86 percent of businesses currently reaping the advantages of the better customer experience through AI, and 25 percent of companies with extensive AI adoption expect to see the tech payout in increased revenue during 2021. Here is more about what AI has in store for 2021.

The pandemic has unveiled AI's value, lending itself to improving tasks related to workforce planning, simulation modeling, and demand projection. In 2021, there will be more sophisticated applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) across businesses. There will be greater integration of AI models and potentials into multiple business operations and operations to drive better insights and serve customers. AI adoption will continue to attain traction in 2021, emphasizing decisions that are not at the mercy of seismic changes resulting from the ongoing pandemic.

Top 20 Hottest Artificial Intelligence Companies - 2020The focus will be on leveraging AI to automate and augment core business operations where the problem space is relatively stable and needed outcomes are well-bounded. While this may seem reactionary, this continues a 2020 trend in which AI adopters reported that enhancing existing products and services was their number one priority.  Specific teams will be formed to combat all the concerns that fall under the umbrella of responsible AI, including everything from inherent prejudice in data to treating data trainers fairly.

Because cloud and hybrid environments will become prevalent, data science will have to adapt. It will need to be conducted in several environments and shared across them to maximize effectiveness. Innovations in AI technologies, including generative adversarial networks, will make disinformation through fake content, like deepfake videos and auto-generated social media posts, virtually indistinguishable from genuine content. In 2021, there will be an evolution of AI solutions to remediate technical problems automatically and without human intervention. This self-healing mechanism will self-correct malfunctions to keep applications operational and mitigate the risk of systems shutting down.
